Ingredients: Maida - 2Cups ButterMilk - 1.5 Cups Egg - 1 Sugar - As Required Salt - a pinch Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Directions: Take all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with the hand mixer in Medium Speed for 3-4 minutes, so that the batter does not contain lumps. Keep the mix aside for 15-20 mins. Heat an Electric Griddle @350 Degree. Make Small pan cakes as you make Dosa. But Note that you need not spread the batter with the spoon as you do for Dosa. Just pour the batter on the griddle with the Big Spoon. Turn upside down when one side becomes golden brown. You should get pan cakes with both sides in Golden Brown color. Serve hot with butter and Maple Syrup.
