Dr. Devi Nampiaparampil will be on 'The Dr. Oz Show' to talk about pain on Thursday, December 5th at 4pm EST on Fox. Check it out if you're free.

She is an assistant professor at NYU School of Medicine. And she studies broadcast media at Columbia University.

               Dr. Devi lives in New York and besides her heavy schedule as a doctor she finds time to appear in television to give talks on various medical related topics. She use television to share her medical expertise to tens of thousands of people across the United States. 

                And she also has a YouTube channel and she posts all her talks and share it in her youtube channel for the general public. Those videos are very informative and helpful. So when you get time try to watch them. The interesting thing about her channel is that she named it as 'devichechi'. That really impressed me. 

               I wish more youngsters from our second generation American Malayalees will do something similar and bring some proud moments to our community here in America.                Recently Dr.Devi was on Fox News and she talked about the New Jersey Meningitis Outbreak. In that video she reminded everyone to wash their hands, especially while traveling for Thanksgiving.

               That video is titled as 'Princeton Meningitis Outbreak' and posted in Youtube. In that video you can see Gretchen Carlson talks to Dr. Devi about the meningitis outbreak on the Princeton campus and the vaccine that is being imported into the U.S.
